After the three decades of war, Mannar district is marching towards normalcy and the socioeconomic developments in the area is taking place in a steady phase. In this context inter communal harmony and peace is vital. Hence, as per a concept of the Commander Security Forces (Wanni) with the guidance of the GA Mannar and direction of GOC 54 Division and max support of the SL Police, Public & Private sector organizations and civil community in Mannar, 54 Division had organized a non-profitable musical show “Mannar Musical Rhythms of Harmony†was held on 22nd June 2013 in Mannar public ground.
